The 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine are a plant-based whole-foods predominant diet, regular physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, the avoidance of risky substances, and positive social connections.

Grand Primary Care has appointments available for urgent same-day needs such as illness or injuries and at times that work for your busy life. Early morning and late evening appointments can make it easier to fit in your appointments without compromising the rest of your busy schedule. Sick Visits

There's no convenient time to get sick, but you can get a convenient appointment with your provider right away at Grand Primary Care. We can perform rapid tests in the office for strep throat, COVID-19, influenza, and UTIs, and we can even evaluate some symptoms via telemedicine.

Preventive Screenings

At Grand Primary Care we can update preventive screenings for conditions like depression, anxiety, cervical cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, and sexually transmitted infections.

Physicals

Grand Primary Care has you covered for all of your physical exam needs, from sports physicals, to well child and well adult exams, to Medicare Annual Wellness exams. Everyone should have a physical exam once per year, and these essential exams are usually paid for by your insurance.

Vaccinations

Stay up to date with all recommended vaccinations by asking your provider at Grand Primary Care. We can review your vaccination record and offer the most current advice on all immunizations, like influenza, COVID-19, pneumonia, RSV, tetanus, pertussis, and more.

Referrals

We can refer you to specialists including dermatology, cardiology, orthopedics, gastroenterology, dietitians, and many others. Your provider at Grand Primary Care will receive correspondence from your specialists so that all members of your care team are on the same page.

Procedures

At Grand Primary Care we can perform many procedures in the office, like skin biopsies and mole removals, cyst removals, skin cryotherapy (for warts and pre-cancerous growths), steroid joint injections, bursitis injections and drainage, and laceration repair (stitches).

Telemedicine
